will be provided and we will track usage to provide statistics for the purposes
of validating and improving the service
- All NBS software products contain support for automated error reporting via the
internet to RIBA Enterprises and this report may be sent to third parties where
relevant to help us resolve your issue
- Please note, telephone calls to NBS may be monitored for training purposes.
We may also use your information to contact you for your views on our services and
to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the sites
or our services. Further, where you have consented, we might also use your information
to let you know about other products and services which we offer which may be of
interest to you and we may contact you by post, telephone or fax, as well as by
e-mail. You can opt out at any time by sending an email to

Disclosure of your information

be accessed by or given to our staff working outside the UK and third parties who
